All our hand stamped jewelry, magnets and push pins come packaged in a reusable, labeled round tin containers, perfect for gift giving. If the item is a gift, for some ones hard work or good luck, we can add a hand-written message to your gift recipient free of charge. Please allow approximately a week, plus shipping, for your order to be fulfilled unless otherwise stated because Tomboy's staff is small, only one person. If you need a rush order, please send an email to info@truetomboy.com, and I'll let you know if your request possible. All items are sent uninsured first class via USPS and a confirmation is sent to you when they are shipped. This also pertains to International customers.

Because True Tomboy's jewelry, magnets and push pins products are generally handmade, slight irregularities are part of the charm of each item’s uniqueness and are not considered defects. For example, our hand stamped jewelry is done by hand, meaning each letter is hand set and will not be perfect. Therefore, there may be slight differences in the product you receive with spacing and the placement of each metal decorative stamp, letter and number. The variations from item to item makes your piece truly one of a kind. Any variation should not be looked at as a flaw, but rather something that makes the piece unique, different from others.

I am certain you will be completely 100% happy with your True Tomboy purchase. But if you are unsatisfied, please let me know immediately with any issues. I will be pleased to address your concern within 30 days of purchase. True Tomboy wants you to be delighted with your item(s). Regrettably, any custom hand stamped jewelry (i.e. personalization pieces, etc.) cannot be returned nor exchanged.
